From 2010 to 2021, Sherry served as the Clinical Director of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office CISM Team. The team not only responded to critical incidents such as the Dep. Darren Goforth murder and the Santa Fe High School shooting as well as numerous incidents throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region, Capt. Carter and I did educational and training workshops for law enforcement throughout the country.
